The company is engaged in the manufacture and marketing of cooling apparatus for the chemical, thermal and steel and iron industry. It was incorporated in December of 1963 and has its registered head office in the city of Igorre in Spain. The company's product portfolio includes products and systems for direct dry cooling - air fin/fin fan coolers; direct condensing - air cooled condensers; water cooled condensers - special applications; heat recovery steam generators - special applications; shell and tube heat exchangers; heat recovery systems - special applications; and other products such as plate heat exchangers, transformer oil air -water coolers and oil pumps, wet cooling - natural draft cooling towers, cell cooling towers and hybrid cooling towers. The company is a part of GEA's Heat Exchangers Segment and serves the power and process industry worldwide, being its main markets in Spain and Portugal. It is a subsidiary of GEA Group AG, which is based in Bochum, Germany.
